I can't explain how, but for this piece I was inspired by the Childlike Empress,
from The Never Ending Story movie.

I created it using upcycled vintage earring parts, and silvery rhinestones
that I hand sewed to a background of eco-felt. (Which is made from recycled water bottles)
Tiny vintage seed beads surround it all and silver tone chains complete the look.

With shades of mint green, beige and amethyst purple, this necklace
flatters many skin tones and will look fabulous fall & winter fashions! :)

~*~The details:

The necklace is adjustable from 16" -to- 18" long. (40.6cm -to- 45.7cm)

The bib portion is 6" wide, 4" deep. (15.2cm x 10.1cm)

Very lightweight, and comfy to wear.
