I found these vintage grape cluster elements amongst a pile of jewelry bits & bobs,
and I thought that they would make an interesting necklace.

The plain metal wasn't quite jazzy enough for my liking, so I touched it
up with faint splashes of royal purple and grass green. I wanted to achieve a
patina effect, and I think it came out nicely. :)

I sealed all of the paint with clear lacquer, and finished the necklace
with matte finish chain.

This piece would be a perfect gift for the wine enthusiast in your life,
or it could be a little treat for yourself, just like a glass of Merlot.

The necklace is adjustable in length, from 17" -to- 19" long.

Each grape motif is 1 1/4" wide, 1 1/8" long.

Lightweight, and very comfy to wear.
