I've recently rekindled my love for needlework, (esp. cross stitching) and so I
decided to stitch up this vibrant and exotic looking butterfly.

Done with 100% cotton threads in tones from lime green, to gold to black.

The fabric that I stitched on is coated in plastic, making it super durable,
and it gives the piece the body it needs to stay flat. I also backed the design
with soft eco-felt. (Which is made of recycled plastic bottles)

Golden wire antennae, and delicate vintage chains complete the necklace.

What could be a better compliment to fall fashions than a one of a kind
that lets you show your love of jewelry and butterflies at the same time? :)

~*~The details:

The length of the necklace is adjustable from 18" -to- 20" long. ( 45cm -to- 50cm)

The centerpiece is 3 1/2" wide, 2" long. (8.8cm X 5cm)

Gold plated chains and clasp.

Very lightweight.
